Description
Social emotional learning (SEL) curriculums benefit from further practice of skills to help students learn key concepts. These decks cover various aspects of self-regulation, including self regulation concepts, size of the problem/size of the reaction, the sensations one feels with different emotions, identifying emotions, and possible strategies to try. Interoception concepts are included to assist students with learning the sensations that might accompany emotions.
These decks contain concepts that one might encounter from popular SEL programs, but have different images/colors associated with each category.

There are 9 decks total.
All decks are self-checking. Students will have the opportunity to change incorrect answers, which will benefit their learning.
